Police in Sydney, Australia have arrested three Canadian cruise ship passengers on charges of drug smuggling.
Authorities claim to have found $31 million worth of cocaine in the passengers' luggage -- representing the largest seizure in Australia of narcotics carried by passengers of a cruise ship or airliner.
Sixty-three-year-old Andre Tamine, 28-year-old Isabelle Lagace, and 22-year-old Melina Roberce were arrested Sunday after the M-S Sea Princess berthed in Sydney.
They did not enter pleas when they were charged.
